Bullfighting in Malaga Fair 2019

Bullfighting is one of the Fair great attractions well before Hemingway spent several days here to attend all bullfights of the 1959 Fair.

Bullfights take place in the bullring, La Malagueta, a protected monument in the Spanish National Heritage. The place has gone through an extensive restoration with a budget of over 4.5 million euros and after more than a year of closure.

The reopening of the bullring will have some of the best ‘matadores’ of the moment, such as Enrique Ponce, Javier Conde and Morante de la Puebla. The bulls for this extraordinary event will be from the prestigious breeding ranch of Juan Pedro Domecq.

Children’s programme

Malaga Town Hall have thought in all kind of publics for these especial days. In the children’s official ‘caseta’ (the fair venue) in the Cortijo de Torres, all children will enjoy different shows and performances created for them.

Up to 10 different local companies specialized in shows for children, like Pata Teatro, Acuario  or  Producciones Miguel del Pin will be there daily.

The Fair is now here! We wait for you next 15th August in the Malaga Fair 2019
